phpmyadmin and upload

I am getting the following error when I attempt to upload a .csv file into my mySQL database. Can someone give me any pointers? Thanks.

MySQL said: File 'c:winntphpd.tmp' not found (Errcode: 2)

PHPMyAdmin runs on the server, so 'LOCAL' means 'on the server'
you'll have to send the file to the server first, then run this command with C: replaced by the path of the file on the server.

I have phpMyAdmin running on my local machine or (localhost or my.network.ip) the server base is C:\apache\htdocs. phpMyAdmin runs from C:\apache\htdocs\phpMyAdmin.

I did a new test with the csv file located at C:\apache\htdocs\phpMyAdmin\Agylocap_csv2.csv and phpMyAdmin sent back:

looks like it's removing the \'s in the file path - try escaping them - \ or using /'s.
