Putting links under cats. from MySQL

I have a table like this called "navbar" (links arent real - just for show)

ID | LinkText | LinkCat | LinkURL

1 | Test 1 | News | www.links.com
2 | Link 2 | News | www.news.com
3 | larlar | News | www.larlar.com
4 | home | Main | www.home.com
5 | death | Life | www.death.co.uk
5 | buffy | Buffy | www.buffy.uk
6 | faith | Buffy | www.faith.com

Say I had that table.

I want it to print the cstergory and then all the links for that catergory

News

Test 1
Link 2
larlar

Main

home

Life

Death

etc.

Anyone got any ideas please??
