Please help! Select problem...

Hi,

I've got a table with 3 columns:

ProductID
Average
Total

Average accounts for the average rating of a product on the DB and total accounts for the total number of ratings on that product.

Is there a way to have a query return me the ProductID's ordered by the average but having the products with a greater total before the others.

If you have this 3 rows:
ProductID - Average - Total
1 - 4 - 10
2 - 4 - 20
3 - 3 - 15

The query should return: 2, 1, 3...

Any help ?
