There two mistakes in this article which are :
1- Always use ./configure if you see configure
2- use ./ instead of BINDIR/
also if your perl is not in /usr/local/bin then you might run into a problem so type this at the shell
ln -s /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/bin/perl
You might have some development tools such as gcc or cc since you are going to be compiling. Now for the french guy. Sorry I don’t speak french LOL. Well
