backing up Mysql ideas?

Hello,

I have about 20 DB's that I want to backup every 2 days.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this or is there a system out there? I basically need to back it up and send via email or something to me or perhaps another server.

mysqldump -A > backup.db

Setup a crontab to call and mail the file to you every 2 days!
