need help setting up phpMyAdmin

Hi,

PHP is working on the web server, and i have the Mysql database with another host.

In the config file i put in the URL of where my phpMyAdmin folder is and i also put in my user name, password and name of server where my MySql DB is.

But when i go to open the index file on my browser all that comes up is the script and comments.....no MYAdmin page ?

Am I forgetting something ?

The page isn't being parsed by PHP.
normally this is caused by the file haivng a non-php associated extension.
But, phpMyAdmin uses .php.
I believe that you might have not set your mime-types correctly.
check your httpd config for the following...
AddType application/x-httpd-php php phtml php3 php4 phtm

Try reloading Apache

Whatever it is, it's Apache generated, becuase Apache isn't calling the PHP parser for that page.
