This is an old chestnut for which I havent yet found any good solutions.
The problem with resubmission due to multiple hits on the submit button seems to mostly be solved using javascript - which seems quite ugly to me.... and then there is the problem when someone clicks the refresh button (which I havent found a solution to at all - appart from possibly a counter).
Any other ideas - I would really appreciate the help. Thanks :o)
