Searching with PHP/MySQL

Hi there,

My name is Jordan Willms and I was wondering if any of you guys could assist me with a problem I am having.

I want to design a search program to search through my datebase (which is just filenames and descriptions) and list out anything that matches.

The problem is : I have no clue how to do this. Can anyone help me or direct me to a resource?
