Migrate mysql database ?

Dear all,

I just install Redhat 7.1 in a new computer. In the old computer (Redhat 6.0), there are many databases and its tables in the mysql server. How do I migrate all these from the old server to the new one by mysqldump? Please give the steps by one by one, thanks.
