Not getting emails anymore

Hi this is not a PHP question, but does this forum send email notices any more? I stopped getting them and don't remember changin any settings.

Also, the checkboxes below the area you type your post have disappeared.

If there are settings to change, I don't know where they are. Anyone have any input?

They have disabled the email feature.
