Export with CSV or XML?

Hello,

Which import/export format is the best between CSV files and XML files?
Both have advantages but I don't know which one is appropriate....
XML is a standard and have strutured datas and CVS files are easy to use and there are already functions to import such files. Is it as simple with XML files?
Does anybody have a suggestion/hint about that?
