I had just finished a MySQL script that would register users. And a MySQL script that would sign them in if they you used it for signin. The only problem is after they signin once. It stores the uername and password and then does not allow them to sign in under another name.

You need to have a 'sign out' button or a separate sign in that ignores whatever cookie is set. The sign out would obviously clear the cookie. (examples in manual)
