hello all
I'm working on this report and am using crystal reports 8 and an oracle8i database as the back end.

My question is for the report that i'm currently working on i need to isolate ONE number one particular field but i can't seem to isolate it. The data kind of looks like this

Eventid Miles
3 1000
0 200
0 100
0 3000
1 2000
4 800

The only number i'm interested in is the 200 miles is there anyway i can get just that number, in crystal or by an sql query?

any help is appreciated. 🙂

You could use a CASE statement in your SQL query to set a flag in the row of interest, or you can use a formula field in Crystal to pick it out of the result set. What identifies the row you want?
