The best script

Dear Forum:

I apologize in advance for bothering you with this question. But I'm spending hours and hours searching all the PHP web sites -- to no avail.

I'm a PHP/MySQL newbie.

I'm looking for a script that will use PHP & MySql to take information from an Online Form and, a) add it to a MySql database; and, b) send an email with the information to webmaster, etc.

I've found tons and tons of information on this from all the main PHP help sites. But I can't find one script that does both - log and email.

Do you know of one?? If I could just find an example -- it would save me so much time versus trying to piece it all together.

I'm willing to purchase a script or pay someone to set up the first form that I can then follow for others.

What you want to do is quite simple.
What have you got so far?

I would break this into two functions; one to update the Db and the other to send the email.

Then it just becomes a matter of getting the data from the form and after validation, calling the insert function and upon completion, calling the email function...
