updating access tables from mysql

Dear all,
I have a problem for which I don't seem to be able to find THE optimum solution:

I have a mySQL database hosted somewhere on the Internet, and an Access database at home. The mySQL database is populated by the visitors of my site.

I would like to update my local Access (or mySQL) database by gathering the data from the online one database.

I'm running Windows at home, a PHP aware PWS, MS Access & mySQL. The online site is hosted on Linux Servers with PHP4.0.2. I use a dial-up connection to connect to the internet.

Any Ideas,

Try using MyAcces97 or MyAccess2000, it is an add-in for Access 97 or 2000 that enables you to import and export to and from Access and MySQL. Go to www.mysql.com and look in the "Contributed" section for the download links.

What I did was use myODBC. You just load up the program and follow the instructions and then you can download everything into Access. It's pretty simple. Check out the mySQL site to find myODBC. There are also other cliets listed in the download section.
