Database Backup

I need a php or Perl script that will allow me to backup the datbase from the server to my local machine at home..... Can some one please help me.....

I cant use phpMyadmin, or get command prompt access... so i need the script to be able to run from a web browser

I really need the code....

Sounds like you don't own the database.
