How can I modify Oracle function?
i.e:
the W - week function calculates week as
1 st day of month + 6 days as week 1
8 th day + 6 days as week 2
15th day + 6 days as week 3
...
week 5
I want to modify the W to start on the first Monday of the month..
Any ideas?
