Unix Shell environ in Windows

How do I create a Unix environment in Windows 2000 or XP Pro?

I'm running PHP/MySQL locally via phpTriad.

I would like to be able to use telnet MySQL commands to load and backup my db tables.

phpMyAdmin cannot handle the 15MB db very effectively.

I just don't know how/where to get to the shell prompt.

Drop down to a command prompt and use Mysqldump.

It\'s a lot easier than getting Cygwin up and running.
