acesssing mysql data from various server

Friends, I have mysql database in VARIOUS remote servers(webhosting servers), I need to write a PHP program that would run daily and that would connect to all databases in various servers and put all the data in one specific database. How should I write my 'mysql_connect' function.

I don't really see the problem here.

You can to connect to your main database, and then open another connection to various other databases one after another and do queries.... so what's the problem?
