Hi Melanie - you don't know how to open the help "thing"? Is that a file, zipped, tar'd or what. Where did you download it from?
Do you need to concentrate on other computer skills before tackling a game? The internet can be very slow and it is really important with games (even more than normal) that the code runs really fast and is efficient. Therefore games programmers are generally very experienced.
