include() problem

Hello all, I have a problem including an html file.

My first page is an html page where I ask for USERNAME and PASSWORD, then I submit them to a PHP script where I make sure that the username and password are correct. If they are correct I include the file "index.html" (this page has 2 frames).

My problem is that the index.html is not loaded by the include. But if I try to include another html file it works fine.

I don't know what can I do.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks you.

If you have no other output to the screen you might be better to use the header command to load the index page - else load the fail page.

I don't have any samples handy but it works like a redirect but cleaner from the browser's point of view.
