MSQL

OK does anyone use this?? I need some serious help and every book I read has MySQL and not MSSQL or MSQL. I cannot use MySQL for this because it cannot recieve (projected) 500,000 entries a day and have them all relatively sane. Yes its a bigger project. The company I am working for does not have Oracle and has no intention on getting it (funding issues). So can anyone please help me? They have MSQL and will use it forever. So... Can anyone give me a simple connection and run a SQL statement? Please help. Also what program I need to edit the MSQL database. Its like some Enterprise software or something like that. Thanks.

Where did you get that about mysql?

Sorry, I've always stayed away from msql as it was single threaded (until last year's release, I believe).
