MYSQL Database backup using php for

I have to take a backup of the existing database of mysql. This should happen where a link in the php would be given. when the link is clicked a new database should be created with today's timestamp with all the tables created and inserted.

If any one has a solution for this pl.do mail me It is very urgent.
