I am developing some software with PHP and hope to distribute it when done. I am currently using the PEAR db class to allow my scripts to run on multiple databases transparently.
When it comes to distributing my project, how do I go about this? Do I include the PEAR classes with my distribution? Or assume that the user already has them?
Also, what about licensing issues? I probably won't, but if I decided to charge for it, does PEAR allow this?
