Query againts field help

Hi.
I have this table.
| id | name | surname

How to know if in the surname field are present the surname "Foo" and the surname "Bar"? (Not only Foo or only Bar, but both of them)
Is there a simple query that accomplish the task?

My question was malformed, sorry.

I need to know if values 'Foo' and 'Bar' are present in the same field of a table.
Don't know if the question makes sense ..

What do you mean by same field

e.g. if the value is

surname

xxxFooyyyBarzzz

is that okay

or

surname

xxx
Foo
yyy
Bar
zzz

is that okay?

Give some sample data and the expected result. Skip the verbal foliage.

Ok, i want to know if values 'mom' and 'brother' are in the same column(field).

I don't care if there is only the value 'mom' or only the value 'brother'.
Can i do it with sql language or i should write a script that, for each record checks for the two values to be in the same field?
