We encountered a problem with our system (MS Access Front End using an Oracle 8i Database).
Our IT Technician performed a manual back-up procedure on our servers during production, the result is:
Records began to lock, which gives an error in MS Access, that the record is currently being used and that changes cannot be done. We tried using SQL to edit the records, and it worked fine. But if we use MS Access, it doesn't seem to work.
Please help.
