Web Site Design Recommended

Hi All! Im an HTML coder & its quite difficult for me to make web-design. I`ve heared that it is reasonable to use pre-made website graphics from www.monstertemplates.com
Is it really so, & if not, then where should I search for ones?

I write php/html and use Mike at www.mazmedia.net for all of my design. I have too much work to do to deal with 100's of little gifs.
