NEED SOME HELP WITH A FLASH INTRO

hi there , i dont know if im in the right area, i have a flash intro to my site that my friend made me. i cant get it to come up on the net...any idea why not?? i dont have flash here at work so i dont know if i need to change anything..he didnt put "index" in the title as well...any one know how to help???
