Access MySQL-Server via PHP in a LAN

Hello,
i got some computers (WinNT) in a LAN. One is the MySQL-Server and now i'd like to access the database via PHP from the other computer. What do i have to configure? PS: With "mysql -h hostname" in the command window it works already great.

$conhndl=mysql_connect('my.host.com:3306','user','password');

assuming your mysql server is setup to listen for TCP/IP connections on port 3306 (this is the default port).
