MS Access

I am currently new to MS Access and i have a database that has like 11 tables each with about atleast 6 fields. When i try to make a form with all the fields in all the tables in one form the form wizard does not work. Can anybody please help me how to get around it. If i make the form using the design view i dont know how to connect it to the field of a database as i always get a error message in the text box saying #Name? I have no clue how to get around it???

Dan the easiest way go do this is to create a query containing all the fields from all our tables and then generate a from from that query. The wizard will allow you to create forms from tables and queries !

What has this got to do with PHP any way?

Thanks a lot Ryan it worked...I was just browsing the net and came across this message board... I know my question didnt have anything to do with PHP i just thought i would give it a shot.
