select and "special" sort

I have a problem like this: Table 'tb' has field 'id' and 'name'. In a select statement with 'id'>2, I want to sort by name and put id=13 on the top of the result doesn't matter what's name is. And I don't want to select twice. How to do this? Thanks.

Yes, it solved the problem if I have ORDER BY ASC, then the record id=13 will be on top. But what if I have ORDER BY DESC, it gonna be on bottom. How can I have it always on top doesn't matter it is ASC or DESC. Thanks again.

I had this same problem not too long ago, unfortunately there isn't a "nice" way of doing it. But this is one way:

select id, name from table where id=13 desc, id=65 desc, id=75 desc;

You can specify as many as you want of course, and the order (asc/desc) does seem to matter.

select id, name from table where id=13 desc, id=65 desc, id=75 desc;
is not a valid statement!!?? That's what MySQL returns to me. But if yes, how can I list all of the where equal-condition, if I need id>some number... Any ideas, please!

hey, I kinda solve the problem by using:
order by if(id=13,id,name) desc, name asc;
However, I didn't check for any error yet on the statement. But I don't understand this behavior of MySQL. Can somebody explain it to me? I just found out about it.
