Double menu problem with PHP and MySQL

Hi there,

I have a problem making a double pull down menu.

I want to make a double pulldown menu in this order :

1st menu if filled with several country names. (this one is working)

2nd menu has to be filled with city names from the country wich is selected in the 1st menu.

The MySQL database has 2 tables :
- countries : which is filled with county names
- cities : which is filled with city names and the coutry name of the city.

It has to be in a form together with a few text boxes.

All the data together has to be inserted in the database in the end.

Can all this be done in 1 php script ? And how do I have to do it ?

Please can some1 put a sort of script here (or mail me) please....
