There are good free web-hosting services like crosswinds.net ( Unlimited space ) etc. who do not provide PHP and MySQL support.
In such cases how can we go about installing PHP and MySQL on our site on Crosswinds.net.

If your ISP does not support php or mysql, you can only get it installed by politely asking your ISP repeatedly. :-)
