converting flash files to html frntpage

hi, i have made a flash file which needs to be converted into html so that i can host it on the web through frontpage, since flash files work slower that html. please help me out!

flash files get imbedded into an html page. either with the <embed> or <object> tags (ideally you will need both (ie uses <object> and NS uses <embed>).

using one design environment over another will not change the way that this works...

check out the source code for any page that has a flash element and you will see what i mean. if you want a design environment that easily handles flash , then get dreameweaver which does it in a snap...

i think you cannot convert a flash file to an html file
