have you beeb able to connect sybase db using php? what extensions ddoes one need and where to get them? or does one need to do it using odbc?
You must have sybase header and library files in the machine you want to install PHP first.
The easier way to do this is to install sybase in the same machine.
thanks for the answer. I have php4, mysql db and sybase client in my machine. querying with mysql works just fine, but where to find the dll / headers or whatever extra I need to enable querying in sybase db? hanna
