Connecting to remote Oracle database

I'm running PHP on my Linux server but I want to connect to a Oracle database running on a NT Server. I was told that I need to load the Oracle client libraries on the linux server. Where do I get these? I've got an Oracle for Linux cd. Are they on here or do I get them from the Oracle distribution that was used for the NT server?

Step1 --> Install Oracle Client on Linux box (from ur CD choose "client" and not entire "server")
after setting ORACLE_SID,ORACLE_HOME etc.
Step2--> Configure php for oracle support
Step2--> Configure Apache to include newly configured php modules.
