your article was great. it worked like a charm. i was thumbing through the code until 2am last night and will probably do it again tonight ...

but can you authenticate for phpMyAdmin w/o using a secured directory? i want to use session management to control access.

is it possible (i'm sure it is) ...
is it more trouble than it's worth (i doubt it) ...

any input is appreciated ...
