You can telnet in and launch the MySQL monitor (mysql) at the command line, or you can use a web-based tool. I\'m fond of Webmin (www.webmin.com), which can be used to administer all sorts of things, including your MySQL server. There\'s also phpMyAdmin (www.phpwizard.com), which is a PHP-based MySQL administration tool. Both give you the ability to work with your databases through a web browser. Both are opensource projects.
