Is there any tools that can generate relationship of MySQL tables? Actually I have found one it is called importER Script at www.heraut.daemon.nl but i prefer one that can do it from my dump database.

MySQL doesn't support referential integrity, if that is what you are talking about.
If that's not what you want, can you explain more clearly what you are looking for?
