ORACLE 8i Libraries for Linux?

Where can I obtain the Oracle 8i libs so that I can compile PHP 4 rl2 on Red Hat 6 --with-oci8?

(checking Oracle version... configure: error: Oracle-OCI8 needed libraries not found)

Oops, I was in a search and forgot that I wasn't in the install forum -- however that is what I want to do (install PHP). Shoot. can a moderator move this over there?
