PHP works except for the fact that I cannot get any database connection through ODBC or MSSQL. Is there a problem on Win2000 (Professional). I have had no problems with NT4 but Win2000 is making my life difficult.

make sure your odbc connections are system and not user. I have the same setup you explained and it works great including odbc connections.
I have done the same as you said. Checking odbc (system) but still can't connect to the server. What did I do wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
I have tried continuously and it still does not work - so I have dumped ODBC and gone with MSSQL which works fine.
