Difficult to word this but here goes.

Trying to have a cell in a table, that shows what users have added that option to their profile I guess.

Like if Bill clicks add to me, and ted does, then only bill and ted have it added to them.

Rest of the people can browse all available ones.

Hi Mate,

You want to use mysql list attribute type. It is ideal for what you want. As you can give users a list of possible selections, they can select all or none.

Then you just insert the record using the mysql list manipulation function, and again to retrieve matching records use the list function again.
