the latest version of mysql for win32 is 3.23.21-beta and it is not shareware:

Hello

I did downloaded phpmyadmin from phpwizard. There are a bunch of php3 files and one html file. What am I supposed to do? Is there a GUI Admin for mysql or php?

Wow Cool. I figured out how to use phpmyadin. The question now.... how can I import my database to MySql. My file is of type CSV (comma separated values). Is there any database the can open my database (i.e. Access, dbase, etc)?
