Oracle8.1.6/PHP4/IIS5

I've got a problem connecting to my Oracle DB
under PHP4/IIS5.

The logon return an ORA-12638 error.

I've got the correct .dll, good login/pass.
Oracle is enable with PHP (phpinfo()).

Someone can help me ?

A simple search on the altavista returned this:

ORA-12638 Credential retrieval failed
Cause: The authentication service failed to retrieve the credentials of a server.
Action: Enable tracing to determine the exact error.

Looks like your "authentication" has a problem, it can't check if you are allowed to connect.

Check the logs!
