by simply going to the mySql manual and doing a find for the word spanish I found that mySql can generate errors in the following languages
Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (the default), Estonian, French,
German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Norwegian-ny, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian,
Slovak, Spanish, and Swedish.
