A client wants to convert his ACCESS 2000 DB to MySQL. Am I looking at re-building his DB in MySQL or is there a quick conversion process?

Any info. would be appreciated. (It's not a large DB as of yet, so doing by hand is no problem, just hoping to save a step.)

    Just download MyODBC from www.mysql.com
Then open your Access2000 and export data,
select ODBC databases from the "Save-AS-TYPE" dropdown-list
and select your MySQL database (if you have given it a Windows DSN name - if not create a new one)

    That easy !!!!!!
