Any resources to learn mySQL? R the SQL statement any different from Access? By the way, can anyone tell me the statement to create a table with a field (text)?

My advice is to get "SQL in 10 minutes" by Ben Forta. This book on sql is short, and straight to the point. You'll be writing queries in no time. "MySQL" by Paul DuBois is a good book as well if you want to pay 50 bucks for it. But all the information is available on www.mysql.com.
