Newbie Question -- Access databases

I know how to set up a MySQL db from scratch, and add, modify and delete entries. I have a client, however, that has an existing Access db and wants it up on the web. How do I integrate an existing db?

Try to use the ODBC function link to the Access db

Access may be a nice database frontend, but it sucks as a backend database engine. Consider basing the web-solution on MySQL and then have the costumer manipulate the MySQL data from remote via an ODBC link to MySQL. This way, Access will only be a pretty-looking frontend to your solution, and everybody's happy.

(Just don't use a "File" DSN type in Access; it doesn't work well. Use a "System" or "User" DSN-type instead.)
