From the document, the connection opened by pconnect() will not close after you use. And it will store it and reuse at next time. I would like to ask, it is keep open until I shutdown apache?
pconnect only lasts as long as the server side process lasts. So the connection will be broken as soon as the resulting information from the server side process is sent to the browser.
