generate emails by records

I have a table that includes email addresses for the various users. I'd like to be able to go into the table and use each individual email address as an address in a mass email. Is there any way to do this?

select all the rows, then create a Bcc: list and send.

Just note that this is not a high-performance solution. If you have a few dozen or a few hundred records, or maybe even a few thousand, no problem. But if you have zillions to send out, sendmail will be busy for quite a long while. Hope you're not a spammer!
